Isaias Reis
Isaias Reis is a Brazilian-American tourism entrepreneur, pastor, real estate investor, and legal professional with a dynamic career spanning over three decades across multiple sectors and continents.
He began his career in the tourism industry in the 1980s and became a licensed tour guide in 1998. In 2004, he founded RLM Brazil Tour Operator Ltda in Rio de Janeiro, which rapidly expanded to offer inbound tourism services throughout South America for both groups and FITs (fully independent travelers). In 2013, he launched the U.S.-based Infinity SAS Real Luxury Management, LLC, headquartered in Orlando, Florida. The company promotes and sells international travel packages to global clientele, including faith-based groups such as Marilyn Hickey Ministries, organizing travel to Brazil, Argentina, New Zealand, Australia, and Singapore.
In 2016, Isaias relocated to the United States under an L-1 visa and secured permanent residency (green card) in 2021. Now based in Orlando with his wife Ligia and their two children, Emmanuel and Rebecca, he continues to lead strategic, cross-continental tourism projects.
Isaias has been a pastor since 2019, and his faith is central to both his personal life and professional mission. He is also a licensed realtor in Florida and previously owned the brokerage RLM Imóveis in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. In addition to his current real estate activities, he invests in properties acquired through public auctions, managing portfolios for himself and other investors.
A trilingual professional—fluent in Portuguese, English, and Spanish—Isaias also brings strong academic credentials to his work. He holds two bachelor’s degrees in English and Linguistics from the University of Kansas (1989), and earned his Master’s in Applied Linguistics from the same university in 1992. In 2007, he completed his law degree at Universidade Estácio de Sá in Rio de Janeiro and has been a registered attorney with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB/RJ) since passing the bar exam that same year.
Through his unique blend of expertise in tourism, ministry, law, real estate, and education, Isaias Reis stands out as a visionary bridge-builder across cultures, industries, and nations.
